MyStudyLink
MyStudyLink is our online portal where you can manage your personal information and follow the progress of your online application.
You can also claim course-related costs and re-apply for the Student Allowance or Student Loan.
How to get a MyStudyLink account
We'll create a MyStudyLink account for you, when:
- you apply for financial assistance - Apply online, and
- we've confirmed your identity.
We'll contact you to let you know you can access your MyStudyLink account. You don't need to set it up yourself.
Verify your identity
We can verify your identity when you either:
- send us evidence of your identity when you apply for a Student Loan or Student Allowance (we'll let you know how to do this after you apply), or
- use a RealMe verified identity when you:
- apply, or
- after you submit an application.
Logging in for the first time
Once we’ve told you that you can access MyStudyLink, you’ll need to log in with the RealMe login that you used to apply for your application.
What you can do in MyStudyLink
Once your MyStudyLink account is set up and you've logged in, you can:
- claim course-related costs
- check
- the status of your application
- what we need from you so we can process your application
- if we’ve received documents you’ve sent us
- your mail from us
- view your previous transactions and next payments
- view your payment card details, including balance, transactions, and payment expiry date
- view and update
- Student Loan living costs
- your personal information, e.g.:
- contact details
- bank account number
- your study details, e.g.:
- education provider
- course start and end dates
- student ID number
- declare income if you’re getting a Student Allowance
- view and accept your Student Loan contract (for returning students).
