Forgotten username or password
How to recover your RealMe login details.
If you’ve forgotten both username and password, recover your username first, and then you can reset your password.
You can recover your username as long as you have access to the email or mobile number that’s registered to your RealMe login. This would normally be the email or mobile number you used to create a RealMe login.
How to recover your username
- On the RealMe website, top-right corner, select the "Login" button
- Select "Forgot username"
- Either:
- enter your email address to get your username via email
- enter your mobile number to get your username by text.
If the email or mobile number you entered matches what’s in your RealMe account, then RealMe will send you your username.
If you have more than one RealMe username associated with your email, you’ll need to try logging in with each username.
You’ll need to call us if you don’t have access to both your old email or mobile number anymore.
You can reset your password if you:
- know your username
- have access to the email or mobile number that’s registered to your RealMe account (this would normally be the email or mobile number you used to create a RealMe login)
- know either:
- the answers to your security questions – these aren’t case sensitive.
- your secret PIN.
How to reset your password
